- Winter months typically offer the shortest lead times—around 6 weeks.
- Spring and fall are our busiest seasons, with lead times closer to 6 months.
- We recommend reaching out as early as possible to reserve your preferred time frame.
2. What materials can I use?
The materials we use depend on the specifics of your project, but rest assured—we offer a wide variety of high-quality options to suit your vision.
We work primarily with trusted suppliers like Techo-Bloc and SiteOne, ensuring durability and beautiful finishes. During your consultation, we’ll provide you with printed materials and samples so you can make confident, informed decisions.
3. Is the 3D rendering part of the project?
Yes! A 3D rendering is included as part of our full design/build process.
If you are only seeking a design and choose not to move forward with our team for the build, the standalone design and 3D rendering package is available for $500.
4. Do I need a Building Permit?
We will inform you if a permit is required for your specific hardscaping project and will handle the application process on your behalf. Even if a permit isn’t required, we ensure that all work complies with applicable codes and regulations.
5. Do you offer a warranty?
Yes—we stand behind our work with a 3-year craftsmanship warranty. In addition, we partner with trusted manufacturers who also back their products. If any material issues arise, we’ll work directly with the supplier to ensure it’s resolved promptly and made right.
