Hardscapes of Holly Springs owner and operator, Chris Pearson, recently decided that he would like to extend his grilling capabilities. He transformed his small patio with a grill into a beautiful space where he can now prepare an entire meal for his family. Read on to learn the details of this personal project!
- All made from stainless-steel, he chose Bull for the grill, side burner and combination cabinets and storage. Bull produces what Chris calls “bulletproof grills that are built to last a lifetime.”
- The cabinets and storage underneath the grill provide storage and conceal the gas regulator and all electrical.
- The double side burner is often home to Chris’ iron skillet cooking bacon and eggs in the morning.
- Of the two-drawer system under the double side burner, Chris said, “Every kitchen tool I can think of is now stored outside.”
- The access cabinet to the right of the double side burner currently stores charcoal for the egg smoker, but is wired and ready for a refrigerator, kegerator, or whatever else he dreams up next.
- The egg smoker is made by Coyote Grills who also makes the stainless-steel insert that fits in the smoker.
- The large drawers underneath the egg smoker provide the perfect storage for Chris’ pizza stone, grill basket, and other large cooking products.
- The steel gray granite countertop boasts a leather finish giving it a textured feel.
- Chris chose a real stone veneer for the kitchen itself and complimentary pavers for the patio.
